Byxbee Development Partners provided the development management services for North Valley Surgery Center in 2014; the premier healthcare facility is located in the Raintree Office Center, a property developed and managed by Byxbee Development Partners since 2000. The $7.5 million project consists of 34,000 square feet, including 7 operating rooms, making it one of the largest surgical centers in Arizona. The innovative, state-of-the-art comprehensive outpatient surgical facility serves as an integral part of the Scottsdale's Cure Corridor, a sector from Shea Boulevard to the Scottsdale Airpark that serves as a major driver in bio-life science activity and economic innovation for the City of Scottsdale and the State of Arizona.
Windgate Crossing Shopping Center epitomizes Byxbee Development Partner’s comprehensive approach to professionally developing and managing commercial real estate. Developed and managed by Byxbee Development Partners since 2005, this specialty mixed-use center of nearly 50,000 square feet gross leasable building area is located on 7.82 acres in one of the most sought after areas of Metropolitan Phoenix - North Scottsdale. Situated at the base of the McDowell Mountain Sonoran Desert Preserve, Windgate Crossing features an ideal variety of national and regional tenants to establish a quintessential neighborhood shopping center of long-term viability.
Developed by Byxbee Development Partners in 2001, North Scottsdale Gateway is a 80,460 rentable square feet three-story office building. Located at the heart of a 15.7 acre master planned development in prestigious North Scottsdale, the site's elevated position offers commanding views of Paradise Valley and the majestic McDowell Mountains. The structure was meticulously designed to complement it's high Sonoran Desert setting. An emphasis on native textures and natural earth tone colors that are indigenous to the surrounding area inspired the utilization of stone piers, earth toned plaster finishes, bronze tinted glazing, and gray tinted glass for contrast. Byxbee Development Partner’s principal involvement at each level of the development phase from preliminary design to successful completion ensured the project’s integrity and long-term value. Byxbee Development Partners sold the project and continues to manage the property.
