In 1996, Byxbee Development Partners was founded to develop signature commercial properties with a commitment to detailed execution. Over two decades later, we continue to professionally develop and manage commercial real estate projects throughout the metropolitan Phoenix area and the western United States. Byxbee Development Partners has been actively involved with more than 3,000,000 square feet of office, industrial, healthcare, and retail shopping centers. We measure our success by the number of long-standing relationships built with clients, partners, municipal agencies, and throughout the community.  

Charles Byxbee, founder and Managing Partner, has over thirty years of real estate development and brokerage experience. Mr. Byxbee established Byxbee Development Partners in 1996 and his strategic and visionary leadership has guided the company’s success for over two decades; his proven expertise in providing distinctive development services and dedication to building longstanding relationships allows Byxbee Development Partners to commit to the needs of our clients at the highest level.  

Prior to founding Byxbee Development Partners, Mr. Byxbee spent nine years as a real estate broker with Coldwell Banker in Tucson, Arizona, with an emphasis in office and medical office leasing and investments. He went on to spend ten years as Vice President and President with Kitchell Development in Phoenix, Arizona, focusing on retail and office development throughout the southwestern United States.  

Mr. Byxbee is a graduate of the University of Arizona and is currently a member of the University of Arizona’s President’s Club. He is also a member of The Phoenix Thunderbirds, and serves as a board member for Paradise Valley Country Club. Mr. Byxbee became a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) in 1995, and has been actively involved in the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) for over twenty years.
