As Managing Partner of Byxbee Development Partners, Charles Byxbee has directed the site selection, acquisition, financing leasing, and disposition of numerous retail, office, medical office, and industrial projects. In the last three years alone, Byxbee Development Partners closed more than $30,000,000 in construction financing and directed the successful negotiation of more than 200,000 square feet of office and retail leases. Charles spent nine years as a real estate broker with Coldwell Banker in Tucson, Arizona, with an emphasis on office and medical office leasing and investments. He went on to spend ten years with Kitchell Development in Phoenix, Arizona, focusing on retail and office development throughout the southwestern United States. Charles became a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) in 1995. In 1991 he served as President of Valley Partnership and is currently a member of the University of Arizona President’s Club and the Phoenix Thunderbirds. Charles is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Arizona and has been actively involved as a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) for the last twenty years.
