With over 30 years of real estate development and brokerage experience, Byxbee Development Partners(BDP) has developed more than 1,000,000 square feet of community and neighborhood shopping center projects with a total development cost of $120,000,000, plus more than 900,000 square feet of office and industrial properties. BDP is a proven leader of development teams and a results-oriented director of the development process. Our expertise includes market and feasibility analysis, site selection, acquisition, zoning, entitlements, tenant mix strategy, proforma analysis, construction, permanent financing, leasing, and disposition. In 1998 and 1999 alone, the Byxbee team closed more than $30,000 in construction financing and directed the successful negotiation of more than 200,000 square feet of leases. BDP has completed and sold the Foothills Park Plaza, Crossroads Office Plaza, Phoenix Metro Tech, Winston Tire Corporate Headquarters, and the APS Surprise Service Center since its founding in mid-1996. Our latest project, CCS Presentation Systems corporate headquarters has won a prestigious “ Office Buil-To-Suit Project of the Year” award by NAIOP.
